For her haircut, she was able to sit in a suspended red race car (which she thought was way cool to steer), suck on a lollipop (which mom and dad never give her) and stare at a TV screen that was only 2' in front of her face playing Curious George! She didn't move a muscle! She sat there mezmorized through the whole thing.
The entire process took about 10 minutes from start to finish, and I have to say that Ava was amazing. She sat there so perfect, like such a big girl. Michael and I were able to learn a lot about little girls' hair: about how they get split ends from their carseats and how we need to brush it often (it stimulates the oils in her scalp so that her hair will grow faster!It was a great experience - here's a few pics from the day - both before the haircut and after!
